The federal Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) at HHS, through the Illinois Department of Human Services, funds the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program (Tier 1B) to seven community-based organizations that serve nine communities by replicating evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention programs. OAH programs are required to implement these programs with fidelity. CPRD serves as the external evaluator that monitors performance measures to assess for implementation and outcomes.
